Our core team comprises Pauline Wonders and Steve Bailey who are the directors of Stimulo Ltd. They are supported by a small team of associates selected on the basis of their close match to Stimulo’s values and their experience and expertise.

 

Pauline Wonders - Pauline is a qualified accountant, qualified coach and experienced business woman. She has a long history of working in the private and public sector with significant experience in the NHS. She currently fulfils a part time director role in a small charity as well as providing coaching to a number of senior managers and providing business coaching to small businesses  in the region. Pauline has a passion for maximising the potential in individuals and using this to support organisational growth.

 

Steve Bailey - Steve is an accomplished and highly motivated senior IT/Change leader with an excellent background and over 30 years experience gained within one of the world's leading multinational insurance groups. From running national contact centres to overseeing multi-million IT/Business transformation projects he is a proven delivery expert. His skill is in bringing teams together and managing people and projects using a combination of challenge, coaching and humour to produce results that help move the business forward. With a passion for hard work and a hunger for exceptional outcomes Steve is an excellent addition to any team struggling with a major project to deliver.

 

Associates - our associates are important to us and we currently work with a small team to bring  a rich mix of sector expertise and specialist knowledge to ensure that our clients have access to the right people to deliver results.
